Curious about stand-up paddleboarding? Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly introduction that will have you confidently paddling in no time. This two-hour session begins in the pool and progresses to open water, covering everything from reading conditions and rigging your board to finding your balance, falling safely, and getting back on.
You'll learn essential paddling strokes, practice self-rescue skills before heading onto open water, and finish with unstructured paddle time to build confidence and put your new skills into practice.
With small groups on the water, you'll receive plenty of individualized instruction and feedback throughout the session. No experience is necessary, just bring a willingness to get wet!
What to bring: Swimwear or quick-dry clothing. All paddling equipment is provided.
